Now Playout through the Decklink Cards!

Trinity announced on 1st July, the release of its new Video Playout software - Video Max

Video Max is a software that lets broadcasters play video contents onto the high quality Blackmagic Decklink cards.

"It's a great day for us," said Pramod Farias, CEO, Trinity Technologies in Mumbai, "This software takes us to the next level of market that is basically made of high end digital control rooms and satellite broadcasters"

So far this market was dominated by foreign players who came out with a Hardware solution and sold at high rates. "Our solutions will be modular based," says Farias.

SDI is a major video format used for broadcasting MPEG-2 broadcast quality video worldwide. Serial digital interface (SDI) refers to a family of video interfaces standardized by SMPTE. SDI and HD-SDI are currently only available in professional video equipment; various licensing agreements, restricting the use of unencrypted digital interfaces to professional equipment, prohibit their use in consumer equipment.

VideoMax supports Decklink Intensity Pro and Decklink Studio cards.
