South Customers Excited
Trinity's Bangalore office opened doors to customers in on 15th March 2009. Located at KR Market, this office will be a hub of Trinity in the south catering to operators from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.
"Customer service being our major motto, we thought it is right o have a presence in Bangalore" says CEO Pramod Farias at the opening of the Bangalore office that was witnessed by a few operators in Bangalore and Mumbai.

Trinity has a very good base of its customers in South India. In fact Trinity's first customer in 1999 was Mr. Bhaskaran from Kanchipuram in Tamil Nadu, 300 kms from Chennai. Almost every operators in Andhra Pradesh has a Trinity Software. "Our major customers in AP include major MSOs and channels like Hi Music." We do have dealers there. But from the service point of view being in Bangalore is always an advantage to our customers", continues Farias, "In Karnataka too we have captured the coastal Karnataka belt from Karwar to Mangalore"
Ad Campaigns
Trinity ran ads in major national trade magazines to inform Cable TV Networks about its presence in the south in April, May and June. Trinity plans more ad campaigns in the future.
